Medical Insurance
UBT employees' nationwide healthcare carrier for medical is a PPO managed healthcare program with one of the largest network of providers. 

UBT contributes to full time, salaried employee plus dependent medical coverage.

Dental Insurance
UBT offers two dental plans, a prepaid dental plan and a PPO/indemnity dental plan. UBT pays the cost of the prepaid dental amount for full-time, salaried employees.

Life Insurance & Disability Insurance
Full-time, salaried employees receive the benefit of a company paid basic life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance.

RELOCATION     Company Guest Apartment
UBT has corporate apartments, which can be used to house new employees relocating to the US. This facility is available for two weeks into the employee?s first project

When an employee is moved from one project to another out-of-state project the company will provide one week of hotel accommodation and car rental if needed. Household and/or automobile moving costs limited to a fixed amount are also reimbursed when original receipts are provided.
