Program and Project Management

We execute all operational, communications, and technical project components within the specified cost, schedule, and performance parameters of each project. We integrate milestones, budgets, responsibilities of the participating parties, assumptions and risks, contingencies, and performance measurement criteria into our project management, quality control, and quality assurance surveillance plans.

Acquisition and Contract Support

Our acquisition services support the analysis of requirements and recommended methods of procurement. We provide support for approvals, bid schedules, draft solicitations, pre-bid conferences, and preparing documentation on conference results. We process protest documents and perform analyses on financial and technical information.

Administrative Support

Our clerical and administrative project support includes the maintenance of spreadsheets, schedules, appointments, archiving documents, and correspondence. We process personnel actions and associated purchase requests and perform timekeeping (including processing leave and overtime requests, entering timekeeping data to financial management systems, and verifying adequacy of labor accounts). We track budgets and expenses and generate reports as directed, collecting, reviewing, and inputting the data into the appropriate application. Our administrative projects promote “paper-less” initiatives and movements toward more environmentally friendly workspaces.

Event Management

UBT is a leader in event management, online event registration, venue sourcing, and mobile event app technology. We modernize the traditional processes associated with event management. With our integrated platform, planners can more efficiently find venues, plan events, engage attendees, measure the impact of their events, and much more.We conduct and research to identify new opportunities  for bringing about innovation in events.  We will search and negotiate suitable venues or locations as per the requirement and budgetary constraints of the client. We’ve facilitated communication with professionals, including venue management, stand designers, caterers, contractors and equipment rentals to ensure efficient running of an event. We will discuss specific requirements and expectations concerning the event with clients. We are comfortable working in a fast paced, hands-on,growth orientated work environment ensuing your event will go as planned and as expected.

Logistics and Facilities Management

We conduct the technical evaluation of ground systems material management, adjustment documents, issue directives, and other property accountability documents and processes to ensure proper supply discipline and accountability of assets. We identify visibility problem areas, determine required corrective actions, and provide information to the Property Book Officers (PBOs) on the findings of evaluations, reports, and summaries. We have experience in Standard Army Retail Supply System 2A/C (SARSS), Integrated Logistics Analysis Program (ILAP), Web Logistics Integrated Data Base (WEBLIDB), Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE), and other resources for determining property accountability. We provide required recurring reports, data transfers, and other transactions.

Medical Support Services

Our project support helps to better sustain pre-mobilization medical and dental readiness. We maintain appropriate licensure and credentials, coordinate with service members, perform initial and follow-up interviews to ensure quality of patient care, coordinate treatment plans and all referrals, and ensure proper maintenance of all medical records.
