UBT’s SMEs provide an array of technical advice in the areas of Facilities Engineering, Utilities, Installation Services, and Fire and Emergency Services, including:

Analyzing information from the annual work plans in order to identify future and emerging requirements
Building / capturing requirements in the Facilities Management Budget Tool (FMBT)
Conducting analysis and assisting in approvals for any purchase requests
Reviewing all In Kind Assistance (IKA) submissions to ensure compliance and that paperwork is inputted into GFEBS
Coordinating with end users to complete receiving reports, GFEBS transactions, and submit to Commercial Accounts for payment
Reviewing the unliquidated report quarterly and provide purchase budget status to Resource Managers
