• Ensure GFEBS is updated and that it collects most of the data elements required to answer the critical data-driven production and operations questions
• Assist Managers with targeted work flow data analysis allowing them to quickly and easily identify maintenance trends, issues affecting service execution performance, and work completion rates and timelines. This GFEBS based data analysis will also enable the DPW to maintain current GFEBS data, manage production with data-driven performance metrics, and facilitate informed DPW resource allocation decisions
